Daniel focuses his practice on maritime transactions. A lifelong Miamian, Daniel has year’s of experience in the marine industry, guiding numerous maritime transactions to successful and timely closings. Daniel works closely with many aspects of the yachting community including yacht brokers, shipyards, marine lenders, and a variety of international shipping registries.
As a licensed attorney in the State of Florida, Daniel also has experience in corporate and real estate matters including the formation and restructuring of U.S based and offshore business entities.

Steven F. Pessoa, Esq. focuses his practice on transactional real estate and title matters. Steven began his legal career as an associate attorney at boutique Miami law firms. He later worked as an associate attorney at a large international law firm where he represented public and private companies in connection with diverse legal matters.
Steven is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and has been recognized by the South Florida Legal Guide as a Top Up and Comer in 2019 and as a Top Lawyer in the area of Real Property/Real Estate in 2020 and 2021.
